Information on this website is provided for general convenience and may change without notice. We work to keep inventory, pricing, photos, specifications, and availability current, but errors, omissions, prior sales, or listing changes may occur.

Inventory, Pricing & Availability

• All inventory is subject to prior sale, availability, and final confirmation by Axia Ventures.
• Displayed prices, payments, discounts, and equipment details are not final offers unless confirmed in writing by our team.
• Trailer specifications, GVWR, payload, dimensions, colors, features, and options should be verified before purchase.
• Taxes, title, registration, documentation, delivery, lender fees, and other applicable charges may not be included in advertised pricing.

Deposits, Holds & Reservations

Deposits may be used to hold a trailer, begin paperwork, or reserve an available unit. Unless Axia Ventures states otherwise in writing, all deposits are non-refundable.

A deposit does not complete a sale. Final purchase documents, payment, financing approval when applicable, and any required pickup or delivery arrangements must be completed before ownership transfers.

Returns & Refunds

Trailer sales are generally final once the sale is completed and the trailer is delivered, picked up, titled, registered, or otherwise released to the customer. Returns, cancellations, or refund requests are reviewed case by case and must be approved by Axia Ventures in writing.

Approved refunds may be reduced by costs already incurred, including processing fees, lender fees, title or registration fees, delivery costs, inspection costs, parts, labor, or other third-party charges.

Used Trailers & As-Is Sales

All used trailers are sold as-is and carry no warranty from Axia Ventures, whether expressed or implied, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Customers are encouraged to inspect used trailers carefully before purchase and ask questions about condition, known issues, title status, and included equipment.

Manufacturer Warranty Support

New trailers may include manufacturer warranty coverage depending on the brand, model, and manufacturer terms. Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer, not by Axia Ventures, unless otherwise stated in writing.

All factory warranty work must receive manufacturer authorization before work begins. Warranty service may need to be completed by the selling dealer, manufacturer, or another preauthorized service provider. Please review all warranty paperwork carefully.

Financing

Financing is subject to lender approval. Rates, terms, down payments, monthly payments, and loan availability may vary based on credit, collateral, lender requirements, purchase amount, taxes, fees, and other factors.

Any payment calculator or estimate on this website is for convenience only and does not guarantee approval, payment amount, interest rate, or loan terms.

Pickup, Delivery & Safety

Customers are responsible for confirming that their tow vehicle, hitch, wiring, brake controller, safety chains, coupler, and towing setup are appropriate for the trailer being purchased or transported.

Check wheel lugs before each trip. On the first trip, tighten wheel lugs at the start and again at 10, 25, and 50 miles according to manufacturer specifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axia Ventures is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to website use, listing information, purchase decisions, financing decisions, towing, delivery, service, warranty claims, or third-party services.

Changes to These Terms

Axia Ventures may update these terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
